Troubleshooting info: Charging: First, please try charging your stylus through a wall outlet by plugging the USB charger into the charging block used with your iPad. In some cases, laptop USB ports may not provide quite enough power to charge the stylus, but if that's the case this should charge normally when plugged up this way. Pairing: The Jot Touch actually doesn't pair through the iPad's Bluetooth device menu like similar devices you may have used.
